La Vagator House Policy


* 5,000/- security deposit refundable on check out time. (Which can be paid at the time of check in)
RULES
* Do not damage the property, if any damages, as to be paid by the guest.
* We have a strict no-drug policy (if found in possession of and using any sort of drug will be asked to vacate the Villa immediately)
* Make use of the dustbin, do not litter
* IDs of all the guests are compulsory. (Check-in time)

PAYMENT TERMS:-
* 50% payment is compulsory for booking confirmation including deposit amount.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, BasilStays must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Villa.

All cancellations made by the Guests are subject to penalties below:

In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check-in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:

Cancellation more than 30 days before the check-in date – 100% refund to the Guest.

Cancellation before 15 days before the check-in date – 50 % refund (assuming the total amount has been paid)

Cancellation on or 14 days of check-in date – No refund to the guest.

Please Note:-
Your Booking date falls under PEAK SEASON dates which is non-cancellable & non-refundable.
